Meet Lorraine Chapman?

I am really glad you found your way here and I am excited to share in your journey, even if its just here on this page of my website.

I am sure like me your life has not followed a neat or predictable path. It has been full of twists, surprises, and moments that changed you in ways you never saw coming.

Like me you have probably had some incredible highs. For me that includes the birth of my son. Becoming a nan. Climbing Snowdon. Teaching in Africa. Winning awards, including a lifetime achievement award. Writing my books. Marrying Steve. These moments have shaped me deeply and I hold them with a lot of gratitude.

They also taught me something important. Life becomes far more magical when you stop pretending and start showing up as who you really are.

Growing in the Dark

And yes, like me, you have probably had those shadows too. Those dark days. Those tough times.

For many years, I lived a double life. By day, I was a respected middle leader in secondary education. By night, I was privately exploring my sexuality, relationships, and identity while carrying depression, shame, fear, and a deep sense of isolation.

From the outside, everything looked fine. Successful, even. Inside, I was quietly falling apart.

By 2016, the weight of it all became too much to carry. I could not keep living two versions of myself. Something had to change.

So I walked away from teaching, the career I once thought I would retire in, and stepped fully into healing and personal development. I trained and qualified in mindfulness, tantra, somatic bodywork and energy healing. I became a tantra teacher and trained in professional speaking, I even completed some stand-ip comedy training.

I studied, explored and stepped into everything that excited me. this wasn’t about seeking things to fix me, this was about finding me.

Stepping Into My Truth

In 2016, I stepped into the world of business, feeling nervous, uncertain, and determined, and Orgasmic Life was born.

Through Tantra based workshops and one to one Tantra massage work, I supported people to step into their sexual power. I started speaking publicly, appearing on podcasts and in the media, sharing my story around sex, swinging, intimacy, pleasure, and identity.

Along the way, I won awards in business and public speaking and wrote about my life, I become a number one best selling author. I stood proud.

After the release of my book something else became clear to me. People didn’t just love the topic I spoke about they loved the fact I spoke about something many others wouldn’t. They loved that I had stepped out of shame, and into my truth

I realised my work was more than educating and healing people around sexual energy, it was about empowering others let go of their limiting beliefs and step into their truth. It was about letting go of shame and the courage it takes to stop editing yourself so you fit in more easily.

About choosing to live as your full self rather than the toned down, socially acceptable version.

My story reached people far beyond sex and intimacy because it spoke to something universal. When you stop hiding – you start living.

Fanning The Flame

I wanted to not only empower people in their sexual energy but in life. To help people find their truth as I had found mine.

In 2025, I trained as a Sundoor Firewalk Instructor and Empowerment Coach, and once again, everything shifted.

When you meet fear face on, and keep walking anyway, something inside you changes. You might be facing a Fire walk, a glass walk, an arrow or board break, or even a rebar bend, it doesn’t rally matter which, something in you shifts that words cant describe. For me, I met a version of myself I had been waiting for.

Now, I deliver heart led, honest, and often humorous presentations, run life changing empowerment events, and support individuals and groups through tantra and somatic based bodywork – and love all of it!

Here and Now

Whether I am guiding someone across hot coals, helping them release years of sexual trauma, or speaking to hundreds from a stage, my mission stays the same.

I empower people to stop hiding and start living .
