She’s not working from theory. She’s spent years exploring communication, boundaries, and relationships, working with people on the conversations they find hardest to have, about boundaries, honesty, and intimacy, and she knows first-hand what it costs when nobody’s ever taught anyone how to set a boundary, and what changes once they are.

That’s what makes the day land. It’s structured enough to actually build a skill, drawing on years of teaching and leadership, and honest enough that it doesn’t feel like sitting through another generic training day.
