I spent years doing that. And I know now that it was never a confidence problem. Never a mindset problem. It went deeper than any strategy could reach.

What I discovered, and what I now help others discover, is that sex, intimacy and pleasure are not separate from how you lead, how you speak, how visible you allow yourself to be. They are the same system. When one is dimmed, everything is dimmed. Most people spend years trying to fix the symptoms and never find the source.
