Harassment, abuse, or non-payment occurs
In such circumstances, you will be notified in writing, and any prepaid sessions may be refunded at our discretion.
8. Payments and Cancellations
All fees must be paid in advance through our secure payment platform
Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged in full
