This is a structured two to three hour leadership container designed to explore limiting beliefs, behavioural patterns and the internal narratives that quietly restrict performance.

At the centre of the experience is an optional physical empowerment challenge. This may include a fire walk, glass walk, board break, arrow break or rebar bend. These elements are powerful, but they are not the purpose. They are tools within a wider empowerment process.

My Journey with the Fire

My first firewalk was in 2017. Standing before the glowing embers, my heart pounded and my mind insisted it was impossible. The moment I stepped forward, everything changed. It was never about the fire. It was about meeting fear with truth.

Since then, I have walked across many coals flame, broken arrows with my throat, walked on glass , broken boards and bent rebars. Every challenge revealed another layer of my truth, confidence, courage and connection. 

These experiences have stripped away layers of fear and showed me how power moves through my body and soul. My heart bursts that I now get to take others on this journey.
