I am beyond excited to share some truly incredible news: I’ve been honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award by Expert Profile Magazine!
When I first heard, I had to take a deep breath and let it sink in. It was one of those beautiful, full-circle moments that makes you pause and reflect on just how far life can take you when you choose to step out of your own way and live authentically.
There was a time when I could never have imagined something like this. For over twenty years, I lived what felt like two different lives. By day, I was a teacher and school leader, guiding and supporting others to grow. By night, I was exploring the hidden worlds of sexuality, swinging, and kink, while carrying heavy layers of shame, guilt, and fear.
I spent years trying to hold it all together, smiling on the outside while struggling on the inside. I knew there had to be more to life than hiding who I truly was.
In 2016, everything changed. I found the courage to walk away from the safety of my teaching career and follow a new path built on truth, healing, and self-discovery. That decision wasn’t easy, but it was the most life-changing choice I’ve ever made. I trained in mindfulness, tantra, energy healing, and somatic bodywork, learning how to transform pain into power and fear into freedom.
From that journey, Orgasmic Life was born, a space that celebrates authenticity, healing, and the beauty of being unapologetically you. It’s where I help others release shame, embrace their truth, and reconnect with their sexual energy as the life-force that fuels confidence, creativity, and joy.
This year has been something truly extraordinary. At the start of the year, I published my book Unleashed and Liberated: My Life, Your Story. In the summer, I married the love of my life in the most joyful celebration imaginable. And now, to receive this Lifetime Achievement Award feels like a moment of deep gratitude and reflection.
