I am very proud to deliver free and heavily subsidised talks, workshops and empowerment experiences for community groups and charities.

These are professionally facilitated experiences designed to help participants explore limiting beliefs, internalised shame and behavioural patterns that quietly shape confidence, communication, boundaries and self-worth.

Many people arrive believing they simply lack confidence or resilience. What they often discover is that unexamined shame has been quietly influencing how much space they allow themselves to take up. The work is grounded, structured and psychologically aware, creating safety without diluting depth.

Experiences can include an optional physical empowerment element such as firewalking, arrow breaking, glass walking or board breaking. These elements are never about spectacle or adrenaline. They are intentionally integrated within a wider developmental process that supports participants to face fear consciously, expand internal capacity and restore personal agency. The physical challenge simply makes the internal shift visible.

Stronger Together Through Cancer CIC support Kent and Medway Micro Business Owners throughout their cancer journey by providing access to personal and professional services specifically for micro business owners.

SATEDA, is a specialist domestic abuse charity supporting women and children across Kent, Swale and Maidstone. We help women escape abuse and rebuild their lives, empowering them to live safer, healthier futures.

Since 2023 Lorraine has delivered free talks and workshops to small groups of women at Sateda.
