Come Again: Sex Education for Grown Ups

Come Again is Lorraine Chapman’s bold, funny, and honest take on adult sex education. It’s built around a simple observation: school sex ed taught us biology, contraception, and condoms on bananas, but nobody taught us what actually happens once real human beings and real relationships are involved. Desire, communication, body confidence, menopause, mismatched libido, awkward conversations: the stuff adults actually live with.

The show exists to open up those conversations, using humour to lower people’s guard so real learning and recognition can happen.

A one-woman comedy show combining sex education with observational comedy and storytelling.

Expect the audience to recognise themselves in it: the laughter comes from “oh God, that’s me” moments, not from cheap shock value

Topics include foreplay, orgasms, menopause, changing bodies, desire, relationships, communication, and sexual myths.

Who's Behind It, and Why

Lorraine Chapman is a comedian, educator, speaker and somatic/tantra practitioner who has spent years talking about the things adults rarely say out loud: sex, desire, bodies, relationships and the shame that can surround them.

Come Again was born from one simple observation: most of us had sex education, but nobody taught us how to talk about sex as adults, ask for what we want, navigate changing desire or understand our own bodies.

Lorraine’s question is simple: “We’re grown-ups. Why are we still frightened to talk about this?”

Using humour, honesty and a very limited filter, she creates conversations where embarrassment gives way to laughter, connection and those brilliant “Oh God, that’s me!” moments.

By building Come Again around charity, Lorraine is using laughter to do some good too, raising funds, awareness and starting conversations that matter.

Proudly Supporting Boobie Brunch

Boobie Brunch is a Kent-based community created to support women affected by breast cancer.

Founded by Fiona Shoults and Rachel Chapman, it provides a welcoming and understanding space where women can come together, connect, talk openly and spend time with others who understand some of what they may be experiencing.

Breast cancer affects so much more than physical health. It can impact confidence, body image, relationships, intimacy, emotional wellbeing and a woman’s sense of self.

Boobie Brunch is about connection and community. It is a place for friendship, laughter, honest conversations and support, without judgement or expectation.

I am incredibly proud to be supporting Boobie Brunch once again through Come Again? Sex Education for Grown-Ups.

£5 from every ticket sold will be donated directly to Boobie Brunch, along with all money raised from the raffle on the night.

So while we’re laughing, learning and talking about all the things we probably should have been taught years ago, we’ll also be raising money to support an incredible local community doing important work for women affected by breast cancer.

Come for the comedy. Stay for the conversation. Help us support Boobie Brunch.
