It was a great honour to be featured in this MSP News Global collaboration, alongside Dr. John Gray and such an incredible group of other contributors all bringing their own take on sustainable leadership, connection and legacy.
In my part of the piece I talk about leadership as a dance between masculine action and feminine intuition, not rivals, but dance partners. One gives direction and boundaries, the other senses what’s unspoken and keeps people connected to the heart of the business. Reading everyone’s reflections alongside Dr. Gray’s, it’s clear so many of us are circling the same truth from different angles: real success is not about performing, it’s about embodying it.
I feel so lucky and so proud to be part of this, surrounded by such an amazing group of people. Grateful doesn’t even cover it.
